PURCHASING ONLINE
PURCHASING DIRECTLY FROM MY STUDIO
Nothing compares to seeing jewelry in person. I dedicate myself to taking high quality photographs of my pieces but the true beauty of the gemstones and fossils can really only be appreciated in person. So set up a time to come see me in my studio! I live in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin (USA) area and would love to meet you! Email me or call me at 414.881.1501 to set up a time. Likewise, if you would like to purchase online but do not wish to go through Etsy, Artfire, or Dawanda, you can contact me directly to complete your order.
METHODS OF PAYMENT ONLINE
When purchasing through Etsy, Artfire, or Dawanda simply follow the instructions provided in the shop. If you are purchasing directly through me online, I can accept your Visa, Mastercard, or Discover Card directly over the phone or we can complete the transaction through PayPal. If using PayPal, I will send you an invoice via email. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the transaction.
METHODS OF PAYMENT AT MY STUDIO, SHOWS, AND EVENTS
When purchasing in person in my studio or at a show or event you can pay with your Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, or with cash or check. If shipment is needed, standard shipping costs will be added to your bill and must be paid at the time of purchase.
SALES TAX
5.5% sales tax for Wisconsin residents.
SHIPPING
Please allow three business days for shipment (custom orders may vary). All items are shipped US Postal Service Priority Mail with insurance. Expedited shipping or shipping through a different carrier is available for an additional cost (case by case basis).
Items over $100 ship for free!
To United States: $5.00 ($1.00 if shipped with another item)
To Canada: $7.00 ($2.00 if shipped with another item)
Everywhere Else: $36.00 ($2.00 if shipped with another item. The cost of shipping is due to the insurance that I add to every shipment. If you would like to have your order shipped uninsured the charge will be $16.00. I will not be held resonsible for lost or damaged orders. Contact me for more information)
GIFT WRAPPING
Each item comes in an organza bag with a polishing cloth and information about how to care for sterling silver. Additional gift wrapping is not available at this time.
REFUNDS
Items may be returned for a refund of the item price minus a 10% restocking fee to cover all credit card processing, PayPal or Amazon Payment costs. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of shipping date if the item is returned in its original condition and in the same (or sturdy) box. The buyer must pay return postage and insurance is required. Send me an email within the 14 days to let me know that the item is being returned. Along with the returned item please include a copy of your purchase receipt.
WHOLESALE
Wholesale accounts are welcome! A Federal Tax I.D. number is required for all online wholesale orders. Wholesale purcahses in the state of Wisconsin can provide a State Seller's Permit instead of or in addition to the Federal Tax I.D. number. A minimum order of $150 for the first purchase is required to receive the wholesale discount.
CUSTOM DESIGNS
Working on custom designs is a lot of fun! I love showing people the limitless options that they have to create the jewelry of their dreams. If you would like me to create a custom piece of jewelry for you, please contact me with your budget and any details about the jewelry you are looking for (style, colors, specific stones, etc). If you are in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area you can set an appointment to come to my studio for an in-person consultation. Images of custom designs I have made in the past are available upon request.
