A Federal Tax I.D. number is required for all online wholesale orders. Wholesale purcahses in the state of Wisconsin can provide a State Seller's Permit instead of or in addition to the Federal Tax I.D. number. A minimum order of $150 for the first purchase is required to receive the wholesale discount.
